What to write to us about
Corrections
If something on a page is wrong, we want to know. Tell us the page address, quote the sentence in question and, if you can, link to the source that shows the correct version — an NBG notice, a company’s fee page, a law on matsne.gov.ge. Corrections backed by a primary source are the fastest to check and publish.
Outdated fees, limits and rules
Fees at exchanges and ATMs change, desks open and close, and the National Bank updates its register of crypto service providers. If you paid a different commission than we describe, found a Cryptomat machine that’s gone, or noticed a new provider on the register, send us the details: where, roughly when, and what you saw. A photo of a machine screen or a receipt (with personal details covered) helps a lot.
A business that wants a fact checked
If you run an exchange, an exchange office, an ATM network or another service we mention and you think we’ve described you inaccurately, write from an address on your company domain and tell us what should change. Please include your NBG registration number if you’re a VASP and a link to the public page where the correct information is published. We’ll check it against official sources and update the page if we were wrong.
Questions and suggestions
Can’t find something, or think a topic deserves its own page? Tell us. We can’t give personal financial, tax or legal advice (see the disclaimer), but questions from readers shape what we write next. Many common ones are already answered in the guide to buying crypto in Georgia and the list of licensed exchanges.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell placements, sponsored reviews, rankings or links, and we don’t accept payment to change, soften or remove a fact. Offers of that kind won’t get a reply. We also can’t help recover lost funds, contact an exchange on your behalf or act as a middleman in a deal. If you’ve been scammed, our page on crypto scams in Georgia covers the common schemes and what to do next.
Writing in Georgian or English
Both are fine. Write in whichever language is easier for you; we’ll reply in the same one. How we handle the personal data in your email is explained in the privacy policy.
